Modair’s roots came from its mother company, TONETS Corporation, whose existence in business world began in 1934. From TONETS, a Philippine Corporation is born – MODAIR MANILA CO. LTD., INC. Its head office is situated in the country’s business capital, Makati City.

Established in June 1992, Modair is making a mark in the fields of HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, Clean Room System, Biotechnology, Lighting & Power, Co-Generation System, Building Automation & Control System, and District Cooling System.
